Qualifying for our lease purchase program is very simple.  The only requirement is that you have the requested consideration deposit. The deposit will vary based on the house, but can be as low as $1000. There are no other questions or gimmicks.  There is no application fee and your credit score doesn't matter. It doesn't get any simpler than that!

For owner financing, a minimum 10% down payment is required and verification against any major outstanding judgments.
